Lodging Information

Lodging rates (see below) include room and onsite food. Bookings must be completed by June 14th to receive our negotiated resort package rates. Instructions for booking are as follows:

For single occupancy:

Phone the resort at 1-888-378-3735. Press 0 to speak with a front desk agent. You must mention the code: SOC140724 to receive our negotiated room rates.

For double occupancy:

Option 1: If you have a roommate selected, one person can book the room by phoning the resort at 1-888-378-3735 and paying 2 x $250 CAD deposit fees ($500 CAD total). You must mention the code: SOC140724 to receive our negotiated room rates.

Option 2: If you have a roommate selected, but would like to pay your deposit fees separately, you can phone the resort at 1-888-378-3735. Press 0 to speak with a front desk agent. You must mention the code: SOC140724 to receive our negotiated room rates.

Option 3: If you need a roommate, please be sure to indicate this in the registration form where prompted and a conference co-organizer will email you.
